It hurts worse to try and breath it out and has icreased heavily on number of times a day and night. Pain has also majorly increased over the past 2 months. Started out feeling like heartburn and is now may worse. In 06 I had surgery 4 acid reflux but even this is worse than I felt with that.
Pleurisy usually may not cause throat pain. But the pain you mentioned may be not pleurisy. Because it may not radiate. Present pain may be radiculopathy or infection. Use salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Use tablet amoxicillin and clavulinic acid 625 mg twice a day for five days. For pain you may take tramadol twice a day or paracetamol thrice a day for three days. If symptoms not improved please consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
