Have Pain In Chest, Back Till The Shoulder. Taking Omepeprazole Capsule. What Can This Be?

I been having a chest pain on the right side of my chest through to the back as well as feeling it on the tip of my right shoulder. I first thought that I was having a heartburn that was a week ago, and I been taking omepeprazole capsules to help the pain but it has not made a difference. In addition to that I have been feeling bloating and suffering stomach pains that feels trapped on my chest.

Hi,
It seems that this might be due to gas and flatulence.
But many a time cardiac problem can also this type of problem.
So go for EKG and rule out cardiac problem.
If 90 % of this problem is due to gas and hyper acidity but even 10 % is due to heart problem may give rise to big problem.
Ok and bye.
