Im having awful pain in my stomach and in my back under my riribcage. I feel like im constantly going to vomit. Have throw up blood. Had my gallbladder removed on 08/22/13 and now this. Its so painful i feel dizzy and lightheadedness all the time and i have no energy. I take tagamet pepto which offers short term relief but it always comes back. Is this something more than just indigestion doi need to see a dr its worse when im hungry. Thanks for any help
