Have Pain In The Front Part Of The Left Armpit

I sometimes have pain in the front part of my left armpit...it makes me very uneasy. I am an overweight female, 26 yrs old. I am wondering if this could be heart related. I have had a EKG and chest xray recently and have been told me heart is fine.
