Have Pain In Waist And Knees. Had Periods Earlier. No Medication Till Now. What To Do?

okay! i was suppose to start my period on April 30th and its been 7 days and i been having lots of lower waist pain and pain on my legs around the knees i feel like i have to use the restroom but when i go i don't have to anymore then on friday i been spotting but it comes and goes and i have not skipped a period since January

The pain in the waist and knees could be due to the hormonal changes during the period or arthritis. You can take mild pain killers and do a hot fomentation for relief.
