Have Pain Like Pinched Nerve, Numb Leg. Had Testicle Pull After Masturbation, Participated In Sport Felt Hip Flexor Weak
I have a shooting pain that feels like a pinched nerve reaching throughout the entire left side of my body. It started a week ago when I didn't masturbate for 40 days. I finally ejaculated and followed up with another ejaculation right afterword. I immediately felt as if I had pulled some kind of testicle muscle. I then participated in a very intense open field sport with lots of contact. Since then it feels as though my hip flexor has grown very week, and my left leg goes through spurts of numbness. I'm worried because I can always feel the left side of my body pulling just the slightest like a pinched nerve, and it burned when I ejaculated much later. My pee is fine, my semen is fine and I can walk well enough.
