General & Family Physician, Dr. Lohit K's Response
Hi Thanks for using HCM,
Pain you are refering with no cough or fever suggest musculo skeletal pain. You can take Tab. Tizanidine or Myospas or Movexx MR or Hifenac MR before sleep. This will reduce pain and also relax muscle. This may help you to get rid of pain. If fever or cough or more pain comes then refer your doctor for examination and management. Have a good health. Take care.
Regards Dr. Lohit
