I have a red rash on the roof of my mouth. It hurts sometimes. I have never smoked or used any tobacco products and I do not drink. I had gone through your query , it suggests that you are suffering from Stomatitis , you need to go for complete Blood Count and blood investigation for anemia typing.
Treatment after investigation is better. In most of our patient I prescribed
1.Folic acid
2.Pre and probiotic
3. Antacid

By your query I came to knew that you are having few eruptions on your palate which are pain full and are creating difficulty in degulitition, though you are maintaining oral hygiene and not taking any tobacco or wine etc.
I would like to tell you that your oral problem is most likely due to dyspepsia or allergy. Therefore you are advice to take-
1- Antacid with PPI.
2- Boroglycerine to be applied locally.
3- Multivitamin.
4- Adequate fluid orally.
