Have Painful, Tender, Itchy, Hard Lump On Face On Right Side Of Nose. Headache. Recommendations?
I have a hard lump about the diameter of a 50p in my face by the right side of my nose. It seems to sit where my sinus would be. It's tender to the touch and causes me done pain in my teeth. My face has been lightly itchy and I have had it for a couple of months. I am not sure if it is growing but it certainly feels more prominent than it did. I have had a little headache pain but otherwise no other symptoms. I have asthma and resulting sinus / allergy problems that have caused infections in the past but this does not feel like an infection. Please advise

at moment can taked metronidazole 200 mg bd
tab fexofenadine 120 mg bd
liqid antacids
apply neomycin h eye ointment in nose bd
sea water 2 drops each nostril night
lot of warm water
antibiotic mixed with antiallergic ointment to be applied on affected part bd
take for 3 wk except metronidazole for 10 days
after this you can get diagnosed about cause of allergy and treat which will clear all of system of allergies which are interelated =
