Have Pea Sized Lump On Scrotum, Like Vas Deferens Blockage, Hurts On Squeezing. Cyst?

I have a pea sized hard lump in my scrotum. It almost feels like a blockage in the vas deferens. Im not sure exactly but there is def a tube or vein or something that its either inside of or attached to. Its been there for several years now and doesnt hurt unless I squeeze it. Its not at all attached to the testicle itself. Any ideas? Cyst maybe?

Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have what is called as Spermatocele or Epididymal cyst.

There is nothing to worry about. This is a benign cyst and can be left alone.

If you are too much worried about it consult qualified Urologist for clinical assessment and get it excised.
