Have Pes Planus In Feet And On Medication. HAd Cutaneous Lupus Earlier. What To Do?

I am 23 years old with pes planus in both feet and a troublesome symptomatic accessory navicular on one foot. I've had thoracic radiculopathy since puberty and my condition has improved since physical therapy. I was diagnosed with cutaneous lupus in 2005 but have been off medication since 2006. I'm 5' 9" and 150 lbs and try to stay active and avoid being medicated. My fiancé and I are excited about starting our lives together but he has made several lifestyle changes in order to accomadate my unique situation (constant upper back pain, fatigue, photosensitivity, and general malaise). He considers me fragile and is reluctant about starting a family with me. Sorry if I'm languishing, my question is whether or not I could sustain a pregnancy and what risks would I be taking? I have not seen any more doctors regarding my lupus and I stopped physical therapy 2 years ago.

Hello,
First of all come out of your lanquishness. I deeply understand your problem of Pes Planus, Thoracic Radiculopathy and Cutaneous Lupus. You have constant upper back pain, fatigue, photo sensitivity, and general malaise, because of the above said conditions. Even though each condition might have been diagnosed at different stage of your life, why did go off medication after 2006. You must be fortunate to get a fiance like this. When he has made chnges in his lifestyle to accommodate you, why don't you restart the medicines, exercise and mental courage. On your turn you must also change your life style to live boldly with all your sufferings
You both are excited to live together, your fiance has understood your certain ailments.
You will not face any complications of pregnancy. Once again telling you, what you need is medicines, exercise and mental courage.
I wish you a Happy life. You will see different life after childbirth.
Best wishes
