Have Pf And Received A Cortisone Shot, Getting Muscle Tightness. Cure?

I have pf and received a cortisone shot four days ago my heel is slowly feeling better put my calf has tighten and has severe pain causing me to once more limp really bad. I walked with a crutch for 3 weeks before shot. ive tried stretching and massage every two hours it just feels tighter and tighter. Is this normal.

it would be difficult to attribute any abnormal feelings now to steroid therapy for the duration of therapy is too short. I would love to insist that prescription of steroids however should be done with caution. The pathology in question, past history, clinical syndrome and actual evidence are key determinants considered by your physician before taking a particular decision on the choice of the steroid, the type of steroid or the duration of therapy.
I would advice you consult your primary care physician for appropriate review.
