Have Polycystic Feature On Ovaries, Retroverted Uterus, Hyperechoic, Follicles On Ovary
hi, i'm 35 yrs old with normal-sized retroverted uterus with thin endometrium, and a polycystic feature on both ovaries
ultrasound says:
the uterus is retroverted, midline, with homogenous echopattern and smooth contour. it measures 3.1x3.6x3.2 cm (corpus only)
the endometrium has thickness of 0.41cm, is hyperecchoic, with intact subendometrial halo.
the cervix measures 2.6x1.8x1.8cm
the right ovary is posterolateral in location and measures 3.0x1.0x1.7cm, (vol:2.6ml)with multiple (>12) small follicles each measures the left ovary is lateral in location and measures 2.1x1.1x1.8cm (vol:2.1ml) with multiple (>12) small follicles each measuring the cul-de-sac has no free fluid.

Yes, your report does indicate polycystic ovary syndrome. Your menstrual cycle may also be irregular with a few other features as well. I would recommend correction of your menstrual cycle and treating the symptoms of PCOS along with medication to reduce the size of the cysts. Speak to your doctor regarding the same.
