Have Prinzmetal Angina, Use Treadmill, Chest Pain. What Could Be Probable Cause?

i have prinzmetal angina and walking doesnt normally bother me but yesterday i walked on the threadmill for 15 mins and my heart rate got up to 151 and i was a little dizzy so i stopped but about an hour later i got chest pains and took my spray my usual one sray didnt work i had to repaet and today i still have some pain
