Hello,

The normal range is 3 - 5 pus cells in the urine for women.

This is very high.

The person is suffering Urinary tract infection.

The person needs to undergo

1. Ultrasound KUB
2. urine culture and sensitivity.

She needs to be on antibiotics based on the culture report.

If untreated the infection may ascend to the kidneys and it may also causes sepsis.
