developed a localized rash on both sides of scrotum sac ... tried antibactirial cream to no avail .. rash got worst and developed white pockets of fluid ... the areas affected are very sensitive to touch and huge burning sensation when showering or application of creams ... last cream was anti fungal ... seems to help for short periods of time there seems to be a oderless discharge over time as it seems overly sweety at times

It seems probably you are having candidal intertrigo. It is characterised by wet macerated red rash with studded pustules( pus pockets). It is common in moist, warm hairy areas like groins, axilla etc
Treatment requires oral and topical antifungal. Try to keep the area dry and well ventilated. Wear loose cotton clothes. Dust the area with antifungal powder after bathing. If lesions are too itchy take tablet cetirizine.
