Have Rash On Inner Vagina. Creamy Build Up If Not Washed. Have Thick Discharge. Guide
I have a small rash on the inner of my vagina, looks like small white lumps all clustered together but it looks really thick? I think it's thrush but I took a tablet and used cream for it a while ago and it kind of cleared a bit but it never fully went away. If I don't wash for a matter of hours a creamy build up occurs in the fold of my labia minora that smells quite bad. I can't go a day without washing. I also have quite a thick sticky discharge. I think it's thrush but I'm not sure
Hello, Normally such type of white vaginal discharge are due to yeast infection but since you are complaining of bad smell,it gives a indication that it might be bacterial vaginosis or could be Trichomoniasis. You must consult a Gynecologist and get a vaginal swab test done to make the proper diagnosis. Treatment would depend on finding the cause. Recurrent vaginal infections are present in ladies who are obese or pregnant or diabetic. General measures to be taken are Avoiding tampoons and using pads only Observing proper hygiene Avoiding fragrant soaps Wearing cotton underwears Taking plenty of yoghurt. Thanks
