Have Rash With Lots Of Small Blisters From Back To Buttocks, Diagnosed With Zoster Shingles. Could This Be Related?

I have a rash with lots of small blisters ranging from my middle back to my buttocks. I was diagnosed with zoster shingles 2 weeks ago inside my righ ear. This rash on my back has gotten progressively worse in the last 2 days but its down the middle and on both sides, could this be related?

Since the rash is bilateral, it is less likely ti be zoster unless you have any chronic disease that has lowered your immunity immensely.. it could be insect bite.. both of them look alike at times.
