Hi Welcome to Health care magic forum. If you have hypertension in the 1st pregnancy, there is possibility of the rise in the B.P. Now it might be the starting of the hypertension but B.P may not be visible. The other causes may be the anemia, or some problem with the foetus. I advise you to consult your gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment. Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts and protein rich food to support the pregnancy, and the recovery. Wising for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
