Have Recurring Lump On Back, Painful, Pus-filled

I have a lump that keeps coming back on my back...some times it hurt other times not but a large amount of puss will come outbid the lump through a pore ...no real pimple or head exists ...you squeeze the area and it will sometimes literally explode...after the puss and or blood stops no scab and nothing to show where it came from. It used to be white and would smell it is now more yellow and more blood shows each time. I have had it since my earlyb20's and I am currently 58.
