Have Red Rash On Chest And Neck. No Pain And Itch. Treatment?
I am only 17, however I have noticed for a few years I all a sudden got a red rash or patch type of thing on my chest and partly on my neck . It s not bumpy or painful and dosen t itch either. I thought maybe it was my laundry soap or stress but it s been about 2 years I have had it so i m wondering if you can tell me what it is.
