Hello dear,

The symptoms as mentioned in your post suggest it to be either allergic reaction to certain allergens or due to insect bite.

Management involves:
1. Application of topical steroids
2. Antihistamines for symptomatic relief
3. Artificial tear drops to be instilled in the eyes every 4th hourly
4. Avoid rubbing your eyes

If symptoms still persist, it will be better to consult a Dermatologist for further management.

Wishing you good health
Take care
