Have Scabise Infection. Have Been Using Eurax Cream And Tetmosal Soap. Can Sulfiram Soap Be Used?

i am in saudi arabia i have scabise infection here only eurax is available i used eurax cream doctor didnt guided me properly after applying daily i use to take bath tratement failed, now my face also itching started using tetmosol soap can i use mono sulfiram soap also to face while applying to whole body, please help me

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
This is itch mite sarcoptes scabiei , commonly known as scabies.
Human contact due to overcrowding,
uncleanliness,
contact with multiple sex partners,
Within 1-2 days without host these mite dies ,so sharing of towel, bed sheets also develops scabies.


PERMETHRIN 5% cream and soap is the best treatment.
Ivermectin 12 mg tablets one per day for three days are sufficient.

How to use this cream is very important.

First of all pour water over body , apply soap ( premethrine) all over body particularly in between the fold of fingers of hand and foot ( these folds between fingers are most vulnerable site of mite (scabies parasites) .
rinse very well rub for five minutes after froth.
Now wash with water.
Dry whole of body with dry towel, now apply cream all over body again over folds also.
Twice in day for three consequent days.
All inmates with you should take this treatment, whether infected or not.
