Have Semi-sedimentary Lifestyle. Pressure Along Sternum, Back Pain, Fatigue, Breathing Difficulty, Clear Mucus. What Is Wrong?

I'm a 36 year old male. I'm 5'10" tall and have a semi-sedimentary lifestyle. Yesterday I got a pressure along my sternum. This pressure went away, but has since reemerged as pain, particularly when breathing (in certain positions) and swallowing food. I also, at the same time, noticed a pain in my upper back (on the right side of my spine). Beyond that I have had clear mucus for some time now. I stopped taking allergy meds about 1 month ago and my breathing has stayed fairly clear. The only other symptom I notice (which has been around for some time) is a bit of fatigue. Any thoughts? Thanks so much in advance

either dont stop med of allergy or go for permanent cure of allergy by immnotherapy
the oversecretion of mucus in allergic patients have tendency to have these symptomps
or it can be acid reflux causing pressure on sternum
you start taking antiallergic montair fx bd
syp gelusil 2 tsf tds
