Have Severe Back And Knee Pain. Lumbar Spine MRI Shows Bilateral Foraminal Nerve Root Compression. Meaning?

Hi My age is 32 and weight is approx 57kgs. I have severe back pain especailly towards right side and also both knee pains a lot. at times i can't even fold my left knee. recently got my lumbar spine mri done along with left knee mri. Report for lumar spine is as following : diffuse disc bulge with annular tear posteriorly causing thecal sac compression and bilateral foraminal nerve root compression at L5-S1
and report for left knee mri is : minimal joint effusion with myxoid degenration in ACL with ganglion cyst

it means...the nerve of ur back is being pinched by the disc at the junction of lumbar and sacrum bone...and the knee pain is due to this same problem....seeing the state...u can try physio and medications but more possible u need to undergo surgery
