Dear Doctor, My wife Mrs. Gnaneswari aged about 26 years. i am totally confused to avail the kind of treatment to her. let me explain her problem as under always she use to walk slowly and always her walk is look like fell down, she cant claim to steps alone, she need handle support or some hands to hold her. when she for 16years old, she fallen down and got injured on her knee, from that time she is facing this problem. i have consult the othro doctor, he advised me to take a MRI scan and given some physiotherapy treatment but no use. I herewith mention the MRI report in details. Left Knee : Partial tear with signal changes noted in mid part of anterior cruciate ligament. minimal knee joint effusion noted. subchondral marrow edema noted in posterior, antero-medical and left lateral aspect of upper end of tibia. Right Knee : Lateral subluxation of patella with grade II osteochondral injury in lateral articular facet. marrow edema noted in lateral aspect of lateral condyle of femur in subchondral region. mild kne joint and supra patellar bursal effusion noted. pls go through the above report and advise the suitable treatment for this. regards raaghav
