Have Severe Back Pain And Cramps. Had Unprotected Sex. Pregnancy Test Showed Negative. Is This Pregnancy?

Hello!! I ve been having unprotected sex wit my husband for the past month hoping to conceive!!! My period was due yesterday June 1st but nothing!!! I forsure thought today I would get it but nothing either my lower back is killing me and I'm supper crampy!!! Not to mention sleepy I can't seem to stay up I fall asleep wen I least expect it can I be pregnant??? I tested a week ago but it was negative!!!! Help plzzz

Thanks for writing to us.
The chances of pregnancy have always been there with unprotected sex.
You can wait and go for another pregnancy test.
You should consult a gynaecologist for urine, blood test and ultrasonography to rule out pregnancy.
These symptoms may be hormonal or symptoms of an impending period.
