According to your complain you have problem of severe back pain that may be because of increased size fibroid .
Large size of fibroid may cause back pain problem. Mention a size and location of the fibroid.
Consult a gynecologist for further diagnosis. Ultrasonograph of uterus give exact idea of fibroid size and position. More bleeding or irregular period problem may occurs because of fibroid. If this is benign in nature than no problem occurs. Consent a gynecologist for further information.
