Hi sir, I am having severe pains on foot fingers corner area. The pain started actually after cutting the nails too deeply. I feel like the front part of foot skin is burning. The toe and other fingers are hot and paining. Shown to dermatologist she given some antibiotics and antiseptic cream. I took this medicines from last two days but no signs of improvement. Please suggest.
