Have Sharp Pain And Cramping After Sex. Have HPV. Reason?

Have appt next week with obgyn but can't go before cuz new insurance not effective till Friday...I'm very worried Been having sharp pain way high if I have sex and cramping after..cramping off and on during day..and I only douche once after period but last two months horrible cramps and slight spotting after touching...?? I have hpv was checked year ago cells were good ?

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
The possible causes are:
-Post-coital tear
-Pelvic inflammatory disease
-Cervical erosion etc.
By physical examination only the possible cause can be identified and treated.
You can take symptomatic treatment like analgesics till you consult your doctor and avoid intercourse till the pain gets decrease.
