Have Sharp Pain Between Underarm And Breast, Pain During Certain Movements. Underlying Cause?

Hello my name is Brooke.
This morning I woke up and moved my left arm and got this really sharp pain inbetween my underarm and my left breast. It has gone away but everytime I move my arm a certain way it does it again. I have no lump or anything. On a scale of 1-10 the pain is at like a 7.5 when it happens. What could this be?

You should do a MRI of left shoulder joint to see if there is any nerve compression or not.Or it may be due malposturing of left part of the body during sleeping, you can take pain killer and wait for two days, if the pain persist then you should go for MRI.
