Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding sinus infection with ear stuffiness and you are getting treatment for this even later you have developed dizziness.

In reference to above development I would like to say that sinus infection always give rise to post nasal drip in this way infection reaches to throat and throat is connected to ear via eustachian tube which provides way to infection to reach the middle ear. In this way there develops the stuffiness in the ear and whenever labyrinth gets involve, dizziness is bound to occur.

You should now consult your ENT doctor for thorough examination and necessary investigations than only treatment may be planned. Till you are waiting for specialist you may take-

1- Steam inhalation.

2- Antibiotic (preferably broad spectrum).

3- Anti inflammatory.

4- Anti histaminic.

5- Stugeron for dizziness.

I wish your query is well explained and hope for your speedy recovery.

Regards.
