Have Sinusitis, Headache, Pain In Left Eye, Sweating And Nausea. Am Obese. Treatment?

I have acute sinusitis and yesterday I had a one sided headache (L) side accompanied with pain the left eye, profuse sweating and nausea. This was also associated with giddiness. Did vomit thrice and even after that I still had a headache, profuse sweating and had a run down feeling, leaving me tired and had a feeling that i should just lie down and sleep. I am 39 years old and obese. my height in 165 cms and weigh 98 kgs. Can you please let me know if i should have any tests conducted?

Hello, thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Please note down that the nausea and sweating were due to excruciating pain.
Sinusitis is also the cause of pain in head.
The concern is that pain is in the eye( L).
This pain may be due to "GLAUCOMA", so for please consult an ophthalmologist and take his advice for pain in eye.
As you mentioned in your query that there were vomiting, giddiness, these two were squelae of Glaucoma.
Weight is very very high so if possible please decrease this root cause of many diseases.
Get in blood examinations for C B C, sugar, lipid profile, serum creatinine, S G O T, SGPT, blood urea.
