Have Skin Bruising Along With Sun Burns. No Medication Till Now. What Is To Be Done To Stop It?

I am 70 yrs. old, and over the last few years I have had a problem with skin bruising. The slightest bump or sharp branch will leave me with a ugly red bruise. The sun also has a nasty effect on me. My father had the same problem and I can remember seeing him with bruises 6-8 inches in diameter. He was in his late 70s. Is there anything I can do to stop it or take care of it after it happens. Thank you

hi

the problem you are facing is very common in oldage. it is due to thinning of the skin during oldage. you will have fragile skin and easy bruisibility. it is nothing to worry about. a daily intake of vitamin C would help, but not prevent it completely.take care
