Have Small Black Spot Near Urethra Opening And Crown Of Penis. Cause?

i have a small black pimple-esque spot near my urethra opening. I also have similiar black spots on the crown of my penis--they seem to become more pronounced after sexual activity/self gratification. im more concerned with the pimple like spot that i first noticed about a year ago--it has stayed constant shape, color and size--no pain associated with any of them. Thoughts?

Hello,

This small black pimple can be a mole. Keep an eye on the mole for a few days because whenever you notice changes in the mole's color, height, size or shape, you should have a dermatologist evaluate it. You also should have it checked if it bleeds, oozes, itches, appear scaly, or become tender or painful.

Hope it helps.

Regards.
