Hi,

With little history, it seems that you are having prurigo simplex.
There is papular eruptions with micro vesicles on the lesions. And the severe itching. After scratching the lesions might become infected and there may be some discharge.

The disease may be precipitated by allergy, irritation ,insects, dust, pollution, soap,
Clothes ...and so on

Avoid to take bath with soap.
Apply mild steroid with antibacterial cream.
Take anti histaminics like levocetirizine, steroid in tappering dose and short course of antibiotics.

Avoid worries and stress.
I hope you may get good result.
Thanks.
