I completely understand your concern and I hope I am able to help you for the same.
Considering the type of lesions that you have developed, it looks like you have developed a lesion of Vector dermatitis, also known as
Paederus dermatitis.
Paederus dermatitis is a peculiar, irritant
contact dermatitis characterized by a sudden onset of red lesions on exposed areas of the body.
The disease is provoked by an insect belonging to the genus Paederus.
You need to use a steroid/ antibiotic combination cream over the lesion twice a day.
Take oral antihistamine like levocetrizine once a day.
Do not use any moisturizer over the face till the time the lesion heals .
Viral rashes usually present with rashes over cheeks bilaterally, so it is less likely to be the possibility.
