Have some type of contact or other dermatitis on my left hand - back of hand, about at juncture of thumb and index finger. Appears initially almost as heat rash - tiny bumps. Has been coming and (almost) going for 6 months or so. Small bumps become small red, dry patches. Only about a two square inch spot and only on one hand. Can't seem to kill it. Any ideas ? Have tried anti fungal and betamethasone dipropionate ointment.
59 y/o woman, post menopause.
