Ive been having a sore throat for about 4 days, everyday it gets worser. Ive a lot of headaches aswell it basically never goes away and right now I just checked my throat because I cant eat or drink anything cuz it burns and I have red bumps with white in the middle. What is it? I dont have a runny nose and im not sick, I dont cough or sneeze but it hurts a lot everytime I swallow my own saliva
Your medical data are indicative for tonsillitis (infection of tonsils). You can send a photo of your throat to me to further assist you better.
Meanwhile, I suggest to get physically examined by your physician as you need immediate treatment with antibiotic (orally).
I also advise to: - do washing of throat with water and salt - drink more water - avoid solids until improvement (can have soups, drinks, etc) - take paracetamol or ibuprofen to reduce swelling
