Have Soreness Due To Slipping Which Is Very Painful
I'm 5'8 131 lb female. Yesterday, I slipped off the porch steps, basically slipped down them after i landed and today i'm really sore. I can handle the soreness but when I sneeze or cough, I have like a pulsing, spasms feeling under my left rib cage and it hurts badly for like 30 seconds. what could this be?

From history it seems that you might be having some crack in your left side ribs giving you severe pain while sneezing or coughing.
Go for x-ray ribs to rule out any fracture.
Mean while take some analgesic tablet for pain.
