hello sir... my grand father who is suffering from spinal cord compression , constipation and sometimes numbness of lower limbs, has been prescribed to use carnisure. may i know why is carnisure indicated for him and its side effects please..And may i also know any other better drugs that you can suggest for him for better health please. he has been using gabapentin now. he is a thyroid patient too who has been using eltroxin for thyroid.
