There are several reasons for ths discharge. Best thing for you will be to see your Doctor, who can identify the cause and treat accordingly. Vaginal suppository is usually for Candidiasis ( yeast Infection). The common symptom for this yeast infection is vaginal itching. It is better you do not use vaginal suppository without consulting the doctor. When you have IUCD, you should not dely for proper treatment. As there is thread in vagina, which will help in spreading the infection to yout tubes and ovaries. You must take special care in hyegine during periods. You should not use tampoons during period. I hope you are doing annual pap test.
Take care.
