Have Stage 2 Gynecomastia Due To Steroids. Is Body Converting Testosterone Into Estrogen?

I am a 20 year old male and I have stage 2 Gynecomastia.
I way 170 pounds low body fat %. I got Gynecomastia from the use of Steroids.
I keep getting hit with estrogen, is it possible that these man tits are converting testosterone into Estrogen?
It really sucks. Its like 1 step forward 2 steps back. I workout. have some lean mass, trying to get rid of this condition, but it feels like whenever I gain any natural boost in testosterone my estrogen levels just rise.
My question is. is it possible that its not only aesthetically disturbing but converting male hormones into female.?

Gynecomastia with steroids ???
The drugs which develops gynecomatia are ,
oral contraceptive,
phytoestogens,
digitalis,
ketoconazole ,
spironolactone.
Gynecomatia is not a side effects of steroids.
It may happens that due fluid retention there develops fatty tissue deposition over male chest , hence look like breast.
However estrogen may cause gynaecomastia.
F S H & L H ARE HORMONES and acts on both male &female but in male they produces testosterone and androgen hormones.
In female they produces estrogen .
In my opinion it is not possible that male hormone convert into female hormone directly.
