Respected Sir, Gynecomastia is swelling of the breast tissue in boys or men, caused by an imbalance of the hormones estrogen and testosterone. Gynecomastia can affect one or both breasts . . . sir, kindly suggest the homeo medicne to over come swelling breast. Thanks.

I really appreciate your concern, gynecomastia can affect to both the mammary gland or one only it is very uncertain but condition is reversible most of the time, in very rare cases it may need some treatment, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
