Have Stomach Pain, Constipation And Bowel Movements. No Medication Till Now. Tests Done, Negative. What Can This Be?

my daughter recently went to belize and when she returned home started having stomach pain.the bathroom facilties were very poor and she had a very heavy period while there now shes constipated allthe time and very bloated all the time ,feels like she has to have bowel movement ,but all that comes out is a fatty looking substance thought it was a parasite but after tests found she didnnt have one she no better .

Hello

Aa per your description your daughter seems to have contracted a stomach bug. She needs to be put on antibiotics as ciprofloxacin and tinidazole combination. You need to control her diet in terms of very less spicy and very less oily food and encourage her to take more liquids as water, coconut water, clear soups etc.
