Have Stomach Swelling, Tenderness, Headache And Nose Bleed. Suggestions?

Hi,

I have had stomach swelling and tenderness for the past couple of weeks.Sometimes the pain is so bad in my lower abdominal I have to stop and bend to realise it.For the past few days I have had a head ache.In the middle of my head mainly near the bridge of my nose.Yesterday I had a really small nose bleed but then today I had one that lasted 10 minutes.My head ache was so bad after this.What could this be?

You had pain abdomen, swelling, in the lower abdomen for the past couple of weeks.
You also had head ache and nose bleed(epistaxis) on two days.
It could be fever with sinusitis and cold which resulted in epistaxis and headache.
The pain abdomen could be due to urinary tract infection, or a stone in the urinray bladder and also would have caused headache.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.you may need to have M.R.I. besides other routine tests for confirmation.
