Have Stuffy Nose And Hurts When Breathing. No Medication Till Now. What To Do?
Hello, It hurts when i breathe in, i have a stuffy nose, and feel like i'm losing my voice. I started losing my voice a few days after going to a concert so i thought that had something to do with it but now i'm not sure. also it hurts mostly on my right side of my chest when i breathe in and i feel as if i need to chear my throat often.
I read your query regarding stuffy nose, which is inflammed and hurts on breathing and gradualy you felt loss of voice and chest pain.
As per your symptoms it appears as your nasal infection has spreads to involve entire respiratory tract including larynx and giving you loss of voice (Laryngopharyngitis ). Due to respiratory tract infection excess mucous is secreted and thus giving rise to chest infection.
To treat it you should take-
(a) Mucolytic & expectorant.
(b) Steam inhalation.
(c) Tab cetrizine.
I hope your query is answered.
Regards.
