Have Swelling, Itching, Thick White Discharge. Symptoms Of Yeast Infection. Taken Benadryl. Is It An Allergic Reaction?
I noticed symptoms of a yeast infection last week. I used a generic form of monistat 1 and had a severe allergic reaction over 2 days. Itching, swelling, thick white discharge. I went to E.R. and was dx with a yeast infection and bad allergic reaction to the suppository and cream I bought. I was prescribed 2 diflucan. One to take immediately and 1 the next day and Benadryl. After 5 days I still feel itching and irritation and have the yeast inside me. What should I do?
