Hello, I am typically a healthy 44 yr old female. In the last nine months Ive had a swollen gland or lump in my groin area. It has gone away each time. This time it is causing pain in my upper leg and around to my hip. I normally do not concern myself with symptoms that come and go. However in the last couple of months i ve also had fevers and chills that come and go and in the last three weeks i ve had alot of stomach issues. I do not have health insurance therefore I do not want to run to the doctors for something silly. Any advice you can give would be helpful Thank you
