What Causes Pain And Swelling In The Lower Back?

Hi, i am having lower back pain and swelling in groin area. Doc said it s sciatica nerve pain. Right leg ankle is swollen. i have had swollen groin from 14 months. I can t sleep at night because of hip pain. I don t know whether my lymph nodes in groin area has swollen, swelling can be seen in groin area and in hip.

Some advices that I can give to you are :
-Use over-the-counter pain relievers such as acetaminophen, aspirin, or NSAIDs such as ibuprofen, ketoprofen, or naproxen
-Use muscle relaxants to ease muscle spasms
-Use pain medications for more severe pain
-Try physical therapy
